Social Distancing

In order to keep our customers and ourselves safe, we will be implementing strict social distancing measures at all times. These measures include:

• All customers must wear masks in our reception area
• Unfortunately the waiting area will be closed, so no waiting on site
• We will fully disinfect all vehicles using our Steri-7 disinfectant (which will protect your vehicle for up to 7 days)
• All payments will be taken over the phone, once work is completed and before cars are delivered back
• Strictly no cash or cheques
• Collection and delivery services will only be available to Leighton Buzzard and surrounding villages
• Unfortunately we will not be able to offer lifts home or to work, we will arrange collection in this case
• Our courtesy car will not be available
• Where possible paper work will be E-mailed to customers
• All staff are regularly washing hands and disinfecting surfaces, all members of staff have personal spray bottles of disinfectant for hands and surfaces
• We are also asking customers to please be understanding at this time that the job may take a little longer than normal while we all get used to the measures put in place

Steri-7XTRA Disinfectant

All of our employees will utilise STERI-7 XTRA disinfectants whilst working on our customers vehicles. The Surface RTU is the regenerating disinfectant that we will use to treat each car providing protection for up to 7 days thanks to it’s regenerating properties, meaning our customers will be protected as much as we will.
